Noon Unwinds to Blue (8×8)

Noon Unwinds to Blue was created in the spring of 2021 on a misty, cool, silvery day where the clouds dissolved to a bright blue sky with the light spilling through the canopy. Painted en plein air in the oak grove in City Park, next to Story Land, in New Orleans.

This is an original oil painting on wood and measures 8x8x.75 inches. The sides are lightly stained and the painting has a glossy varnish. The painting is signed on the bottom right and on the back in pencil with the title and year.
